Yes, absolutely!

The only issue you might find with the area is that you're close to OP Mall and Blanding - traffic in that area tends to be bad most times and a nightmare during rush hour (literally miles-long backups on I-295 between 4-7 PM). If you're coming from across the river, your only other option off I-295 is Roosevelt Ave, which isn't much better at rush hour. Unless you're planning to work on Westside, might look across the river in Mandarin or even consider the new community of Nocatee on CR-210 - while the latter is a bit out-of-the-way right now, they're working on the new 9-B extension to 9-A, which in a year or so will provide a quick, easy access.

No, not all art schools teach culinary arts. Here is a list of several sites for Baking and Pastry Arts programs. http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=Baking%20and%20Pastry%20Arts%20programs Art Institute of Jacksonville They offer several levels of training in the culinary arts and management, but do not mention specific specialties. Perhaps you could contact them through their website and ask for more detailed information. http://www.reluctantgourmet.com/culinary_schools_art_institute_jacksonville.htm
